Gym members, please only use this back entrance to ascend up the stairs to our 4th floor gym, for your own safety to avoid contact with our quarantine sector.
?Sorry for the inconvenience, though climbing stairs is a great way to amp your core muscle strength. Tones and sculpts your body: It also engages every major muscle in your lower body – glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, and calves to exercise! ? #warmup
